- [ ] In the “Settings & Members” workspace settings, setup a group for:
- [ ] “Agency” (your entire company)
- [ ] Each Department
- [ ] “Notion Pros” (a group for members who should have full access to all Notion pages and databases)
- [ ] Navigate to the Databases page. Change everyone’s Database Access level to “can edit content” (except “Notion Pros” group)
- [ ] Publish the Shared Databases page to the web with the access levels of “can comment”.
- [ ] Update your access levels for each team-space. Add the correlating group to each team-space. Restrict any team-spaces that you want to keep private (for instance, Strategy.)
